we as traders/investors can analyse and speculate only based on our scope of knowledge and understanding. only the ppl who run or even working for the company will be the ones to get first-hand info on its prospects, know-hows and whereabouts the company gonna get the manpower, machineries, equipments n materials. i did come across an article mentioned that instaco has 2k+ manpower but will be relying on crcc for equipments/machineries n expertise/experiences for huge projects since crcc had done a lot of mega projects in the past around the world. i'm not worried at all on question tht u raised about where to get the manpower. they hav rm60+ millions cash on hand after recent pp n they can proceed for the next few steps by utilizing it.

if u want to be 100% sure of how resources of the company to be allocated then join in the company cos we as investors/traders can only bet on the prospects of it at times. no one gets it right all the time.

● A new double-track rail line linking Mentakab to Kuantan in Pahang is being planned

approved by the top level officials in the government and is expected to be announced
