May be this Penang's horse is trained by local trainer and it needs more time to gain enough skill, tactic, energy and momentum to race. Surely the entire game will be different if the horse is trained by famous foreign trainers ???

With the new water tariff, the basic earning per share for this quarter alone is 4.42 cents or more than double the recent dividend ( 2 cents ) given. This is one company which has no business competitors. Save for investment and much better than Fixed Deposit.

I think PBA is a good and rare stock in KLSE to invest, listed on April 2002 with low PE for most of the years, high retained profit, gives dividend every year and with no business competitor. Is PBA a hidden gem that has submerged in water for many years and yet to be discover by Master Analysts? Let see the top 30 shareholders in the annual report ! Any clue !. The story may continue when.......................

Since 2007, 32 quarters all making profit except 1 quarter only in 2014 not making profit. High retained profit in balance sheet. May be bonus issue or free warrants are on the way. Tauke ah don't bring us to Holland but anyhow Penang and Penangites are surrounded by water. Penangites! You jump & we cheer just cross the bonus hurdle after 8 long years. So low, so near and yet so so high & so far. It's a hurdle only?? Game over and above & be proud. PBA - Pasti Ada Bonus or ???
