MAS working substantially on LCC business model will be profitable and shine

Surely that time travelling fella if anything is talking about MAS la ... Not AirAsia... Time travelling always messes with the brain and memory a bit...
Muller tak jadi? IMHO he stands a good chance.. albeit with a small little symbolic national airline working substantially on the LCC biz model..
A profitable national airline nontheless... just dont ask why it is so small and not quite so prestigious.. MAS would eventually be profitable aand a symbolic national pride and thank goodness no longer eating up taxpayers money

AirAsia AirAsia
Firstly.... Urgency!! Urgency!!!
GMT has painted it so urgent like... like AirAsia was going bankrupt the next day after its report....
Is it really so urgent???
NOT according to the auditors PwC
PwC didn't qualify IAA PAA as non going concerns
PwC didn't even impair the amounts due from IAA PAA... this would be after reviewing their cash-flow projections... of course
GMT has put what might happen in the next few years... with all its negetive assumptions too... to happen in like all of 30 days
No chance to do anything... just die
If it is not so urgent.... surely... say.. if.. big if.. there are really problems.. surely Tony can do something about it
Secondly.....
Are the debts due from IAA PAA a lot for an airline???
See la our very own new airline.... Flymojo..... to operate in a population of just 30m people
Kurang kurang 5.5b...
The statement said based on the list price of the CS100 aircraft, a firm order would be valued at approximately US$1.47 billion (RM5.44 billion), and could increase to US$2.94 billion (RM10.87 billion), should flymojo exercise all its options.

WB may not been looking into any airlines at all after his ZEN moment... his loss
Anyway.. WB has made many mistakes in the sense that he has misssed many opportunities due to his bias...
I am pretty sure WB till now thinks the max for the NASDAQ should be no more than 1000... and FACEBOOK is a total scam and GOOGLE will collapse tomorrow..

Modern day airlines use very sophisticated computerised algorithm ticketing systems that take into account the load the yield the blah blah blah blah other factors.. to come up with the pricing of their air tickets... that can change by the minute depending on the live inputs

Fat cat...
WB experienced his personal ZEN moment with airlines before attaining enlightenment... and the guru status that he is today
I see it as... I am at the moment on the same path as WB and a step closer to attaining enlightenment and the status to WB...
HAHAHA
Joke aside.... if WB has seen AirAsia before.. he would definitely have a very different view of airlines... and approve.. and will say.. "This is how airlines should be run... as a mean of transport.. not a luxurious thingy... well done AirAsia!!"

Calvin... that is public knowledge now... shorted and down side limited
For ARMADA... watch out... one of its big FPSO client AFREN LTD is in 2nd default of loan payment... and is bankrupt begging for a restructuring... But even the Chinese don't dare to touch it cos its production cost in offshote Nigeria is around USD 75 vs oil prices at USD 60 for long time to come
AFREN LTDs share price.. 52 wk high 151.60.. 52 wk low 1.28.. 1.28 done just few days ago...
There will be bad debt for ARMADA from here.. and impairment on idealing FPSO too

AirAsia........
Buy AirAsia for LOW JET FUEL PLAY... LOW JET FUEL PLAY.... which is sound
According to results....
Aircraft fuel expenses for 2014: 2,254,237,000
Say, fuel consumption remains more or less the same and say, the average jet fuel price has dropped a mere 25% (vs 50% for crude.. easier la like this no need to really know how many % is hedged at how much... a drop of 25% is reasonable) So... 2,254,237,000 × 25% = 563,559,250 ie saving for 2015 roughly
The saving due to low fuel price for 2015 would be RM 563,559,250 before RM 60,000,000 say for fuel surcharge.... a bloody big figure no matter how you look at it
AirAsia's low jet fuel play is sound... and the reason for all the IBs' Buy call
I still believe ; )
At the price now... it is getting even too low for Mat Salleh to exit

Thanks to EPF and Wellingtons which did not offer support.... in fact have thrown a little themselve too..... the short sellers probably have managed to short all the way to their last scripts to hit 1.43... and have had success beyond their expectations... I mean which counters in Bursa have they managed to short like this???
But............ it does appear that the short sellers have done contra purchases later on 17-6-15
Think the worst is over... now there is only small ikan bilis....a lot of them in AirAsia now.. who have been shaken and stirred to their very core... who are selling on the sight of slightest drop in the price...
For contra play... I am watching Tenaga ler

If there is............ NO....NO...... dilute existing shareholders by more than 100%
AirAsias fair value MYR 2.46 ie MYR1.23 x 2... by GMT
What kind of RI is it talking about that would be so instantly dilutive?? 10 to 1??
MYR 1.23 would be the EX price????
AirAsia now needs a recapitalisation that will dilute existing shareholders by more than 100%. We see at least 42% downside with fair value less than MYR1.23/share.

Good news is.... in an odd way.... EPF has done a good job ring fencing the foreign funds in AirAsia... at this low price it is getting too low for the foreign funds to exit......
Well... maybe not exactly all good... but given the Greek the Fitch and the FED......
Other counters not so ring fenced will face the full brunt.... watch it
FOFI.... when markets recover... AirAsia will be the first to fly!
