then you look for something lying low or stagnant but got good potential and you buy that at low & just wait for it to rise

becoz nobody wants to sell..becoz everyone wants to get the bonus issue. that's why...unless some buyer is offering to buy at much higher prices, then maybe people might sell to take profit and try to buy back the shares after the split..

if u sell tomorrow, the price will be at half of today's closing price but yes, you will have double your shares tomorrow. if today close at 22.00, tomorrow opening price will be at 11.00 and if you hold 100 shares today, you will have 200 shares tomorrow but the number of shares that you have may not be reflected in your trading account until only next monday. to avoid further confusion, maybe just relax and check your trading account only next monday...the price aint gonna drop over the weekend, so dont worry..

It is bonus issue guys. 2:1. It means the share price divided by 3 already as of 9am today as today is the bonus issue ex date. Assuming you bought 1000 shares at RM27. Now it is 3000 shares at RM9. The shares will only show up in your account after 5pm on 4th September 2020. However you can buy or sell shares at the new price today onwards. Topglov is a superb company. It well never drop massively like what some of you guys are thinking . It is called bonus issue. Tomorrow it will be supermax turn but divided by 2. No reason to panic. Covid 19 not over. Gloves are still needed.

yeah..i have a feeling it will go down a bit more, probably close at 21.00 so that after split the price is at 10.50. and that is when the sharks plus foreign buyers will push it up to maybe 13.00 next week...just my 2 cents thoughts..

tomorrow is the last day b4 split..if it stays at this level, better to hold and wait for next week and if can hold for the long term, then rewards will be greater...esp when their 1Q report comes out in October..

hapseng 2 for 1 bonus from 6.00 after ex-bonus down to 1.30.last time benta plantation 2 for 1 bonus also down. after ex bonus topglove potentially down to RM6-8.the last time topglove gave 1 for 1 bonus also down from 12.00 before bonus to 4.30 after ex bonus
