Sap is a heavy assets company. Thats should not be a problem for them to manage their liabilities in line with their asset utilisation.

The clear signal from the news is no more Govt contract for MYEGG, hence tbis potrayed the adverse going concern for MYEGG

I'm holding my SAPNRG shares , about 1M bought last month avg 0.355

As PNB actively buying the shares last time as 0.335-0.34 avg and even now, I believe the daily closing price will not go below 0.33. It will keep hovering between 0.33 - 0.40 - until the RI matter end at whatever KLCI points.

This may explained why SAPNRG not too much effected with the recent KLCI slide.

Those who got funds, can buy now - avg 345 is the best price. Buy and keep.

Once the Warrant hit, the price should be lower .. that time , buy again and keep.

Supposedly SAPNRG Balance sheet should turn to black in CY19Q2Q3 - thats about another 12 months to go ... looking at the momentum, I dont think its a problem for SAPNRG to hit RM1 before that period..

U have no choice , selling at huge loss now or just keep them..

I'm suggesting u to keep them for mid term or long term.

Once the RI exercised, the mother price definitely will go down (thats normal) , but I dont think it will go below 30sen..

35sen or any price below is best deal - simpan for long term.

That price consider almost 50% discount price since last Fri..

Somemore getting free OR, once approved. (60k OR for 100k mother shares. Sell them off later when exercised, for free $$$)

Say disapproved during EGM, chances the price will sky rocket to 60sen again ... who knows.

Again, for me < 35sen (best case) or 35sen-40sen (worst case) still a good price to buy..
