There is no sense at all Joe used RM0.30 (double price than market ) to buy Biohld... Must be something behind... how they are going to earn this back? As Joe's report said they use internal fund not the money raised from RI...but later report huge loss due to this "investment"

@whistlebower, that's why Malaysia should ban this kind of activity.. I'm not sure other countries will allow this and its legal in their countries like HK, US, SG and China?

this kind of unfair to minority acts should be banned and illegal ... cos they can buy low at off market then sell high at market... just speculate the price is much easier to earn $$ rather than do proper business loh..

Went to skyworld last month. Paid RM113. Expensive tickets while park is small, many riders still on hold to open. If light rain, some riders will be closed. Decoration is attractive. The ticket should charged based on what you play. Cos there is no partial refund if riders closed due to technical or weather issue. Even you had checked the weather is good in morning but afternoon it can be raining. Not worth. While, Most of Malaysian willing to pay for it even very crowded and have to wait for hours.

NEWBIES really needs thank you whistlebower.. everyday reminds the high risk trading penny stocks... however, people are naturally greedy and emotional.. trade on your on risk.. don't get trapped.. you responsible at your hard earn $$.

on 25/11/2021 there was 144 milions shares sold by previous directors ( Goh Hooi Yin and Wong Swee Yee ) at RM0.60 via off market (that day highest open price was only RM0.495) to :
1. Bcmall (Cita is largest sharesholders) 19millions
2. DATO' SRI DR PANG CHOW HUAT (founder of Sanichi ) 48milions shares.
3. Balance 77millions shares sold to who? should be fintec related group as well.

after the ex-directors sold off their shares, then they left the company with huge $$. The new boss aka fintec's gang came in and appoint their people: Wong KoK Seong , Hoo Swee Guan and Gan Chow Tee). These new board members also holding other super penny stock company's position.

Now the fitters price is RM0.16. and new issued 94 millions pp at RM0.159, Cita subscribed 47 millions shares.

Can see how they manipulated the game?

95% of super penny stocks which issued PP/RI/ESOS will drop 50-90% of it's issued price. Many examples out there. Most of this stocks are empty shells without core business and the big boss fully control the game. They can simply print lots of tickets at super cheap price then sell at market for huge profit. Or just used the company raised fund to buy others penny stocks at much higher than market's price to let particular group of people gain huge profits.. later the company will report millions of investment loss.. The directors of penny stocks do nothing just sit there and goyang kaki to get high paid salary and bonus.. But investors get nothing... and the share price keep dropping , share consolidation and depreciation.

So next time if you see any company do RI/pp/esos and also fintec group involved or it's directors/founders selling.... then just sell your shares immediately even at loss.. dont come back and see it again even it rebound..

how the particular people (fintec gang) earn $$ by subscribed RI at 0.08 then throw their ticket at 0.05? are they making loses ?? NO, they won't. They will get much more cheaper ticket maybe 0.02-0.03 via ESOS later. Who lost? The investors of LKL cos LKL uses the raised fund to invest Vizione at 0.08, now share price only 0.05. Later LKL will record financial huge lose from this "investment". Of course, Vizione's investor suffering the loses most.. from above 0.40 til now 0.05 and the drop not end yet.. anytime can drop to 0.02-0.04. Later you will see them issue cheap ESOS. After months, announce consolidation.. then drop again just like Kanger.

pls welcome our largest new shareholders LKL (12%, RI 0.08) aka fintec's crime partner... now fintec group is officially in this company...

alamak.. i have 3000 units at 0.05 before consol.. now going back 0.05 again after consol.. nvm... i will keep it see it will delisted or not.. my RM150 fly away... but is a lesson to see how penny stock purely manipulated by particular of people and yet bursa and sc tidur... RIP shares market in malaysia...

really amazing to see the price all the way down from 0.40 to 0.05 within a year... almost 10x lose... pre-covid price was 0.8 - 1.00... penny stocks are purely control by particular group of people.. they are selling above 0.05 still can earn big $$ by issue very cheap esos than market later.. then consol again... cut loss and take a lesson.. dont ever play penny stock again...no matter how cheap they are.. back to fundamental and dividend stock.. at least have funds/epf/directors/company's boss buying and holding the company's shares..

main reason most of retailers buy penny stocks is to use small $$ earn big $$, they are knowing this is gaming not invest.. company do real business and got profit or not is not the matter.. they just concern the share price can be goreng to the sky... can earn 50% or 100% in short term( this is impossible happen in blue chips stock)..

But the real fact is: penny stocks keep issue more shares via PP/RI/ESOS then consol then drop again and again... until retailers cannot tahan then cut loss..

so invest in a good fundamental company with good dividend or buying penny stocks company which losing $$ every quarter and keep asking $$ from investors then use the $$ for own pockets by giving directors/ceo super high salary never do business properly ...
