looking at most penny stocks these few days ...especially those below 0.40cents is purposely being press down... and then at certain price support coming to play to push up again..look at takaso xdl hwgb tiger and zelan suddenly up...unexpected..very hard to contra and predict at this level..at this time must hev holding power
