The management yield target only 15.6%, 2nd lowest besides FGV. this is why they willing to buy the land from dutaland. But, IOI yield is so much higher. So, IOI knows the land will never met their targeted yield.
Conclusion: the same land, it is a good buy for BPLANT but bad buy for IOI.
