u are right Mr Oii, NST is cheapskate talking without any solid argument, what type analysts do NST refers to. So u told this is about credibility, u're right, i just hope i can share my opinion:

1. KDEB owns 60% of KPS, KHSB is >59% owned by KPS, and also wned by PKNS and other KDEB subs
2.NST cheapskate don't give fair analysis, not like an economic analyst just talking about losses for 4 years, hiding about the assets/lands
3. If really it is true that it's bailout or political, who cares, what is important is the deal...they never consider that? stupid NST
4. They ask people to sell, if the deal is done later, they will keep quiet... bloody, i hope some who knows can make reports against NST for many false news and analysis they'd reported
5. Your saying about the selangor gov to build reasonable/ cheaper for the rakyat, this is big prob for the selangor rakyat, not many can buy houses at RM300,000 or more, and i doubt many can even buy house at RM200,000. This is to build the image/ and truly for the rakyat because no one losing.
5. The biggest think as reported in The Star yesterday is the Menteri Besar Tan Sri Khalil himself...himself... who announced about the proposal. and everybody knows that he is not kaki putar while he's in politics or corporate, i'm not supporter of pkr pas dap bn mca nor mic, just a fact , as i recognized for what najib had done to prosper our economy. 1.the deal is confusing
2. the deal is to bailout khsb
3. the intention of the deal is not clear and has no

i heard that 5 shares of PASUKGB to be transferred into 3 shares of GBGAQRS shares. 5 for 3 , meaning if u have 5000 unit of PASUK, it will be exchanged to become 3000 unit of GBGAQRS.

common 5000 thousands PASUKGB shares to be exchanged into 3000 units of GBGAQRS. let say u have 100,000 units of Pasukgb that u will/want to buy today at RM0.185 , so your cost without brokerage fee = RM 18500, now your 100,000 units of pasuk equals
= 100,000 x 3000 / 5000 units of GBGAQRS
= 60 , 000 units of GBAQRS,
now GBGAQRS is RM 1.13, so your shares value is

= 60 ,000 x RM 1.13 = RM 67,800 without brokerage fee considered,
so net profit
= 67800-18500
= RM 49, 300

what solid confidence that we can relied on?
1st see the intention of GBGAQRS to merge with an M&E company (in this case - it is PASUKGB, as many of us believe), u can confirm this fr bursa website

2nd The majority shareholder never sell their shares except one director who sold only 700,000 at around RM0.70, can confirm this fr bursa

3rd why not sell more? make some little handsome footsome net profit to buy car or pay for your mistress if any, or anything. This include the highest majority shareholder that possesses 59.4% interest?

4th why 70 cents , see this your 100, 000 shares that i've gave as an example , is/will be worth RM 67,800
Notice that RM67,800 / 100,000 is = RM 0.68 per share
if u applied this calculation to GBGAQRS IPO price , RM1.18
your shares should valued
100,000 x 3000 / 5000 x RM 1.18
= RM 70,800
and
RM 70,800 / 100,000
= RM 0.71
guess what that's the price of only 700,000 sold at around RM0.70, as i said confirm this fr bursa website,

5th, why is 4th that way? ... because PASUKGB is asking better deal than 5000 for 3000

6 th now that the price had tumbled fr 0.82 to 0.70 to 0.265 to 0.16 and now 0.185, the chances that this merger deal to happen should be at least 200% , still in term of probability, because only God knows

7th if the the deal is to be fated not to happen, PASUKGB still make money, and present oversea, well established M&E company completed 500 to 700 M&E projects.

8th why only 10 million shares offered to public? fr 2nd and fr such low no. of shares offered, they only want to expand their biz and to get more recognition fr Bursa listing.

9 th if u can seek good doubt for all the above 8 solid reasons above, than may be u're truer than me.
