To reduce blood pressure, mesti kena jogging. Long time i did not jog and my blood pressure shot up to 140/95. After jogging for about 3 times a week for about 1 month, now gone down to 110/75 consistently. Cannot lazy.

Usually sebelum pemberian bonus share, harga seshare akan tolak setinggi-tingginya kerana selepas pemberian bonus share, ia akan dibahagi 2 dalam kes ini. Contohnya, dalam tahun 2000-an, Genting beri bonus share 1:5. Pada masa itu, harga seshare ialah about RM15 dan sebelum pemberian share bonus, harganya ditolak sampai RM45. Selepas dibahagi 5, harganya ialah RM9. Dalam kes ini, harap-harap ianya akan ditolak sampai RM5.

Ini bermakna sebelum kita dapat 1:1 share bonus, harga satu share akan naik kerana ia akan dibahagi dua selepas issue share bonus. Sekarang harga seshare ialah RM3.64. Pisangkuat..... apakah jangkaan saudara harga seshare akan sampai ke paras apa?
