Can kahhoeng setup an email address just for this purpose? So, a copy of the email can be forwarded to this email. So, to make sure no important issues will be missed out during the meeting.... as certain people writes in email to sc but can't attend the February meeting.

Why they are not under PN16 since they have sold off their core business & why they have unlimited time to look for new business... why no time frame & with all the expenses incurred and without income... the company has been making looses...

I just wondering why SC allowed a company a chance to acquire new business?? If the core business is no longer exist.. SC should let the company delisted... initially they got listed the business has track records of profit for few years .. but purchase new busunesss how would anyone knows will make profit or not in future???

No more core business but expenses still on going.. how to make profit?? Also the PN16 is suppose for companies like Puncak now but the guildlines need 70% cash/short term investments... what to do??

Since no more core business in puncak ... why not just privatise puncak and the major shareholders can buy whichever company they want??
