Retail like parkson are sunset business. While oil we still nees it everyday n demand will increase due to higher global population. Now oil n gas is in the worse situation but mayb in 1-2 year things will change.also malaysia stock market is really bad now coz foreign fund not coming in. Thanks to the stupid government n shameless 1 malaysia family. We can only see the light if foreign have confident on our market ..then there is chance * shooting like rocket * lol

face the truth guys.. oil n gas stock still no lights of goin up.. its also part of the damage done by our stupid government n the shameless one family . funds will not come in unless situation change .. so shouting 10 sen, 5 sen, 1 sen , or hoping 50, 60 ,80sen doesnt make sense here. If u have money n confident will rebound in future, jus buy bit by bit. as long as petronas business recovery n awarding more contracts , and also those company can have new contract awarded n existing contract extension.. don't think they will die so easily. once they industry start seeing lights, things will turn around very fast

onetonneman, now is still bad situation for oil business, of coz those analyst will keep blowing negative winds, unless we see a sudden surge in oil price n big company start awarding project, then these expert will suddenly change all positive tone.. so jus be patient, i think after this year sure the oil industry will be better.. they cant jus make the oil price so low n not spending, if all the smaller company all close shop.. whos gonna dig the oil.. hahah

q2 now is already better than q1, did you read the report ? all others like alam, icon, hibisus,knm are also having better 2nd qtr report this time, remember when first qtr oil price is less than USD30, Now is hovering ard USD50, and if the price getting better , major oil firm will start award contract again.. so u think oil price down until all company close shop.. so whos gonna dig the oil then.. thats not the way of doin business

second qtr most oil n gas seeing more positive qtr report, so i believe 3,4 qtr also will be much better coz oil price already recover fr usd30-50. if more contract being secured .. tat will be better

i fully understand your question.. but we cant do anything damage done by these investing firms, before this kenanga also very yoyo analyst report with Alam, but u must aware now this is a hard time for all oil n gas firms..so gotta be realistic about the share price, unless the oil price fully recover n big firms like petronas starting new n award project again or else these firms will still make various of negative analyst n press share price down..

Onetonmen im also hold alam share fr 60sen til 30sen 2 days ago totalling 5500x100share, i also hope it will hit tp 80sen but tat simple impossible for now.. invesring share is not simply hantam any tp..

Oil price bounce back nothing to do with share prices, company need to sustain by getting more contracts. Unforfunately Petronas also cutting its capex. If most oil company can sustain over this 2 year period..then i guess now its time to collect these company if u are confident with the company
