@Pinky They SHOULD be using gloves. Even if it isn’t switching gloves for every patient, they should be sanitising it thoroughly between each use. That’s what we’ve been doing whenever we are running short on gloves (which is all the time)

Don’t forget TG had a 2 for one bonus. 3.97% x 2 = ~8%.

The other counters may have increased more but dividends are very low. You can’t expect both the price and dividend to both be super high right. You can’t have the best of both worlds, although TG is close. Besides that, TG price is supported. When the other counters fall, it is like a waterfall.

I think one of the reasons behind the sbb as well, is because TS Lim needs the shares to allow TG to be listed in HK. He buys it ‘cheap’ and sells when it rebounds. I believe they have considered not to issue new shares (as this would dilute the holdings of current shareholders), nor sell his own shares so he’s not at a too high risk of losing control of his own company. They just didn’t expect that it would drop this much.

I do believe ego plays a huge part as well though.

*edited* tanfooxuan If following the exact figures in 2020 (3 dividend issues totalling 35 cents, not including bonus issues), an increase in 20% dividend payout would mean RM4263. Depends on their profit this year though!

Go down can buy some more. Not everyone buys TG just to trade. There’s a thing called long-term investment. Small fluctuations are minuscule in the long run. Bonus issues and dividend payouts are how long-term investors gain profit.

It isn’t great to say that this is a con stock, there’s no solid evidence that they are not going to venture into vaccine. It is not their fault that some people goreng the price too high, causing many to buy at a much higher price. Many of us bought from 60 cents anyway.

We won’t know whether or not Bintai had the attention to mislead investors, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
