When i am mention about Margin of safety, i am only refering to proposed capital reduction, the book value should be RM0.05. because for the curent situation above 0.05 its clearly overpriced than the new book value, some more without aset backing.

for me since the company will continue it operation, if this counter touch 0.05 or below it will be worth buying. just like a new IPO company who know the future ahead weither the company will success with the regularisation plan or not. by the way i still not in this counter yet.

fgv its good bet for long term, if it touch below RM4 i will definitely buy lor, but i believe FGV growth was slow since 50% divident policy its good, the only problem is how much its 50%. after many plan to pouring FGV finance to pleased felda comunity, like funding Felda new generation student to lower IPT study cost, the move i think will disturbing FGV growth and diluted more money from becoming Profit for investor.

just afraid this price jump was suported by Contra player, otherwise after T3+1 then go back to starting point.

EPF money was pumped to save FGV from going low than IPO, after EPF what next? ASNB, TH, or KHAZANAH.

i see many TP announced by many analys from february praising this counter, since average price around RM0.8 but still this counter continue downtrend untill RM0.49 at early August but still many Analys give positive view on this counter. even now its start to rebounce but for how long?

Mat, i also been analys this counter, yes this company has proven to have big market share in food indutries, having high volume of product sell and translated to multimillion rough income every year let say total revenue for 2010 is 591 millions, nett profit ''only'' 3.65 millions, the slim profit margin is caused by Human factor missmanagement and Director conflict of interest. this SBGB has absorb all the wrongdoing of the management. if the new owner has plan to save this company ofcause bright future ahead, for yearly income RM500++ million and put the right person to incharge nett profit willl be much-much interesting.

The only problem, if the whole company will be sweep under carpet by court order this company has to sale what ever asset its have to fullfil the debtor demand (bank&3rd party) SBGB will be history. this risk is totally out of my tolerance level, if restructuring succes maybe its not my luck if the Silver Bird going to fly again.

Strategy during Election
1, Exit as early as you can except your confident wit the stock that you hold can stand the election selling wave (blue Chip counter).
2. stay away and watch the market when the price hit the historical low, its definitely time to buy.
3. never catch a falling dagger, you only get hurt. only wait the price fall to stable level, or when there is a sign of bouncing back.
