friends, previously I think the government GLC purposely stop the warrants from going up too fast when mother moves up, so they put a stop for the warrants at 28 cents until more than 10 million warrants are sold at 28 cents even when mother moves up so much. Their idea is if the warrants moves to fast, then nobody will exchange the warrants for the mother as it's not worth it when warrants goes so high. So they purposely put a brake on it for the time being until the mother moves higher. That's why you see the warrant stay stagnant for 2 rungs at 25 cents and 28 cent.

everybody should be very happy now as son goes above 30 cents, soon 40 cents?
