Stupid SP Setia, dividend only 7 cent. Sales record break only give such low. What if not break record? then no dividend declare?

Look at this share allocated: PNB 66.4%; KWAP 17.7%; EPF 5.7% = total 89.8%. Not much share left in the market. Those investment fund do not hold this share, if hold also not much on hand. This is very unhealthy condition, and it is hardly to see the price moving, unless this 3 government fund play around the price. If not, dont hope it will move up. I think now only Public Bank is holding this share, CIMB is holding Mahsing and UEM. The rest do not hold this share. Die lah SP Setia

Not ok, up 14 cent due to last friday down 15 cent. Why PNB and KWSP do not goreng this counter since they already control more than 70% stocks. We have to wait until when??

Why SP Setia itself do not support the price downward? PNB or SP Setia should do something for the share price.

Many people being trapped in this counter. Can't sell now, as our enter price is very high from this level. One thing for us to hold this counter is still believe it is blue chip counter in property, and producing quality housing, and it have a lot of projects on hand. Just because of 'Liew' leaving, the share price until now still walk like limp duck.

i went to MidValley for the property expo. SPSetia occupied the biggest and golden spot. Their counter is in front of the entrance, and one of the most beautiful counter. I can said SPSetia is no.1 tai ko among malaysia property company.

Why drop?

Shinado, offer price 0.11 for right issue, is cheap. 0.11+ market price now 0.175 / 2 = 0.1425. The market price will be adjusted, after the dilution. Please remember, you got the free warrant too.

I did bought some counter strong recommend by TA, by end up with loss. Some counter TA ask to sell, but will up tremendously. Stupid TA

Hi olehlehshare, i think not right this way. I think the share will split into 2. For example, if you have 1000 units @ 0.16, by the EX date, your share price will become 0.11, but you have 2000 units. And you get 250 units of warrants. Need expert to correct it if i am wrong.

any one can explain what is mean right issue offer price 0.11? ratio 1:1. every 4 right issue free 1 warrant. How is the calculation, any Sifu can explain??

foreseeing this counter will continue drop, as their major shareholder continue dispose their share in the market, everyday. Will wait until the shareholder stop disposing their share.

your share will be split into two, but you will get bonus in warrant (every 4 share entitle 1 free warrant). Let said you buy now at 0.16 x 1000 units, after it split, your share will become become 0.08 x 2000 units, and free warrant 250 units @ price to be determine by open market later. Correct me if info is wrong.

Do you all know SPSETIA price is control by certain fund. They acquired and disposed everyday. Not sure what is the purpose, almost every day, acquired and disposed at the same time. At least now they lock the price at 3.31 - 3.39.
