This is how I see the proposal, I am happy to see Ijacob rto with Widad business. But I dislike the Private Placement part. Why the company don't propose right issue @ 0.23 on top of the free warrants. With right issue and free warrant, this would not dilute the existing shareholding, at the same time benefit the existing shareholders.

Widad has its value because of the RM2.1b projects, I believe they are in the midst of contract negotiation. Would probably announce once the rto deal is succeed. So, please do not reject the rto proposal!!

Bren21, wonder if u can write another email to them, ask them to proceed the proposal with right issue instead of PP, as I believe all the existing shareholders will be happier with right issue instead.
