During the AGM yesterday, 1 of the resolutions was rejected. As a result, the CEO cum MD was removed. The shareholders exercised their discretion to axe the unperformed key personnel (main reason should be : the company share price and sales dropped). The acting CEO was appointed today.

it’s the owner fault and not the ceo/md…last time they used to hold substantial share..unfortunately they accumulate via margin…when there is a margin call..the owner are not able to fulfill resulted to share price substantially dropped…that’s why until today share disposed by the stockbroker…
