a great dillution FOR NGY because

I..... the number of shares due to private placement issued to glotec/ nce amounted to 83.8m shares ... giving glotec 19.9% possession

A big dilution for ngy ... YET A VERY GREAT OPPORTUNISTIC BUY FOR GLOTEC

1. Buying/ subscribe price 3 cents.. while market price is 3.2 cents ( in australian dollar mind u) which is 6% DISCOUNT TO MARKET PRICE... SO BACK TO 3 CENTS... IS A NORMALIZATION
