Since boustead own 56% in pharma (limit up), there is potential boustead will limit up (88.5) but still below 12-month high of RM1.20

Maybe people will look at this counter later as pharma both limit up, glove people have reservation today

Today volume is above 200m (42%) so I suspect no major shareholders traded today unless there is announcement on bursa today. Meaning it is good as who bought during limit up (43 sen) already sold the shares unless they prefer to hold. So the downward pressure is less.

However, trade with cautious. My strategy if tge share price up too much, can sell and buyback (if lucky) or cost averaging down if attractive enough. Otherwise just pick-up and hold or cut loss, depending on situation. Plenty of ways to deal with this share which is volatile in nature currently.

Until RTO is completed and award of NIIS, this stock is to be treated with care unless if u are so confident and can buy-hold

People worry shares consolidation or dilution. Either way, for shareholders what is the value? If let say, shares price is 50 sen, then u consolidate 5 into 1 so the price is RM2.50. So that does not matter, the key word is what is the market value. At the end of the day, there will be MGO before S5 to officially listing under new business.

Are market willing to value ALB 50 sen?

My view because they got S5, we as ALB shareholders now has logistic business. In the future, NIIS is the future business. Thats what the potential lies ahead.

Technically if we dont accept MGO, will be automatically maintain shareholder of alb with a new business (providing e-govt solution). So vendors have to offer attractive price to entice alb shareholders to sell

ALB will issue new shares to vendors based on 10 sen per share for the purchase of S5. They are the shareholders of S5, so price tag of shares is low to justify the risk that they take.

Then MGO. The price will be decided. Normally based on weighted average price. Dont worry how much price of shares issued to vendors. What is important MGO price.

Then will do private placement of new shares before open trading to public.
