I agree with most of the points you mention, if base on my calculation then the profit is 5 - 6% the most. From the business point of view Ang lam poh is right. This is a contract which can generate 25 years of regular income for jaks, but definitely is not few hundred percents within next few years

From google. Commencing 1st december 2017, gov raise to 1,720 VND which equivalent to 0.075USD, SO 90million profit is more appropriate, PE around 10 with 100% capacity running 24/7/365days

I admit that i was attracted to this share because of kyy recommendation and now after several considerations and judgement, i will sell it. If really few hundred percents up in the future also i wont regret

Says usd 0.08 then will be profit at 99million and PE 9.5, fair .. is good, but always remember this is running at 100% capacity. I respect you guys decision to invest in this share, but i just think it wont be few hundred percents like what kyy said so i have decide to sell my share and go for other company below PE 10 and with a more stable and foreseeable profit

So free today and went for lunch with few vietnamese girls and on the spot i request them to call back kampung to screenshot their electricity bill for me. Ok, i have change my mind and i will dump all my jaks share tomorrow. Just a simple calculation: very simple! Lets assume jaks iPP Is PERFECT!! 1200mega watt right? = 1，2000，000 kilowatts(1.2m kw) . Vietnam tariff rate at USD 0.05 per kilowatt hour(RM0.20). Now begins, 1200000x0.20=rm 240,000 per hour, x24 hours =rm 5760000 per day, then x30days=rm 172800000, then again x12 months= 2073600000 (2billion wow!). But, after x30% jaks portion is rm 622,080,000. Done! Profit margin says 10%? Reasonable? .... Merely rm 62,208,000 net profit / 497,000,000 shares = rm 0.12 and current price is rm1.80 means PE 15 already. My calculation is a fact and assume JAKS is in highest/perfect profit for this ipp, running 24hours non stop for a year.
