When Lee and his wife bought 5 million shares for each of them, the price of the shares went up only half a sen before going down 2.5 sen, and even that I believe was down to profit taking due to T-2/3.

1 million ESOS? The market can easily absorb it in the morning session.

However like I've said before, it's hard to predict KNM's movement based on charts. It's facing a serious tug-of-war between investors and punters.

Not only did it break 41 sen, it closed at this price too, thank God.

I'm expecting another uptrend tomorrow due to panic buying since it has broken the forbidden gate, but you know KNM, it has defied all sorts of charts and patterns since people are still punting heavily on the son. Even rr88 the useless chartist has time and time again been proven wrong when it comes to KNM.

In reality, the warrant is quite useless right now, as the mother still has a long way to go to reach RM1.

The warrant should not go up anymore by now, or for the greater good, should drop to anywhere between 15-20 sen. This might sound very cruel but people need to see at the bigger picture here.

Or else, people will keep on punting the warrant while leaving the mother severely lagging behind, which will cause the collapse of both the mother and her son.

This might sound cruel but for the best interest of the company's shares, it would be better if the warrant's price drops down between 0.2-0.25 for the moment and let the mother go up first, or else nothing will go up at all for the company.

Leempeh: yes you are correct, corrections are needed. Without it, it will be difficult for the price of a share to move, especially when it's deemed "too expensive" in the market (expensive is relative).

In a way, we do owe to the short term traders for moving the price of a counter. They are one of the major causes of volatility in the market, but rarely make up the biggest winners in mid-long term.

They are the privates, while investors are the generals.
