IRM Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, IRM Solar Sdn Bhd, has been granted the Feed-In Approval by the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) to install Solar PV Power Station Non-Individual with the maximum 5.0MW capacity in Padang Besar.The group said the Feed-In-Tariff would commence for 21years from the commencement date.IRM Solar will also sign a power purchase agreement with SEDA and TenagaNasional Bhd in due course for the sale of electricity to theNpower utility company.
The exercise to dispose property is to clear debts as insructed in order for pre approved investment and financial injection to take place.
