Pretty clear the management has no interest to take care of other shareholders, not even special dividend with such disposal gains. The money are substantially use for their "business expansion", where it might end up in vain because they have no track record in doing business well. Other than that they also have debts to clear.

@tree yes, this counter you only can make money if you catch the right wave, don't expect the fundamentals of the company to pay off, like someone here mention if you study their business and past history, they make very low margins and most of the time they making loses

People are selling on news. Price did not move up as there is no sharks to goreng and investors not interested to buy this company at 20 cents even.

Buy the rumor , sell the news. Those with big faith can see whether 40cents 50cents 60cents 70cents can come to pass.

Thanks for clarifying, so is just partially acquired. Usually with such cash sum the share price would have at least break 20 cents and probably touching 30 cents already even before the announcement become official. Sit back and watch how far can this counter go.

I suggest you learn to differentiate what is public news vs asking someone to buy their own company shares as much as they can and giving a TP.
