voonyoke, As per normal fundamental, the price will adjust accordingly after the right issue.
Unless, public holders are provided very strong support then only can secure the price.
Also, new plant need a lot of $$ to set up; forecast for Nov & Dec are very weak; they need more cash for the loading.
Btw, my daughter have very close relationship with this company, she is know well on this company cash flow.
