If you have access to insider you better ignore technical analysis. Technical analysis are purely based on price action.

Back to Sanichi mother share... now it have 360 mill outstanding share. Come Oct 1, it will have close to 1 billion share outstanding. Supply and demand rules. Those don't comply with rule of demand / supply / timing migh be a star once a while but probably won't last long in the mkt. Kekeke...

Fir.... wb only have 40 million outstanding warrant that why it is easier to move up when there are demand. Pls take not wc listed in october will have more than 400 million upon listing. The reason the price can stay now at rm1.10 is simply because right now only 229 mill share outstanding in the mkt. Remember when it increase by 7 fold....it is a totally different monster especially if the company cannot handle volume.

You can see the volume history of this company for the last 5 years... low volume.See the LR value /volume / price. Analyse it......and can understand why it will stay around 50 cent after this scheme complete.

No i am not. I am talking based on fact and figure. This company cannot handle volume. Can't even handle cheap thing below 20 cent like LR with only 600 mill issue. So how are they going to handle 1.5 billion share outstanding?. It going to be much more difficult.... 50 cent / or less most likely the price this company can handle with 1.5 billion share outstanding.
But in case you have fact and figure to support you point... Kindly share it here for the benefit of the investing public. I think everybody will welcome if you support your opinion with fact and figure. Don't simply shout here and there just to con other people. Remember.. other people in this market are trying to earn some money for simple living. They are not rich people like these company directors are. Don't take them for granted.

Based on chart any rebound will be a good opportunity to take profit / cut loss.

The big one can take all the seller just one click but need to remember this big one can throw to you 300,000 lot just one click. Take care everone.

After complete this exercise this company will have share outstanding 1.52 billion. Assume at best this company make 75 million per year (that is if they make money, if not?) earning per share will around 5 cent per share. At PE ratio of 10 the share price will be worth around 50 cent.. It will not be the same as you see now because now company share outstanding only 229 million. Don't get yourself con again.
With record of mass killing of mkt participant, and drastic increase number of share outstanding (from 229 mill to 1.5 billion) ie 7 fold.... don't expect much from it. Simple physic 101 supply far exceed demand.....price don't move much and depress. Prove is now in front of your eyes with the dumping of LR to mkt participant ...oversupply rules.
