This stock is too expensive at current price. Assuming the 4Q2019 net profit comes in at RM 10mil, the total net profit for 2019 will circa RM 36 mil with EPS of 9.8SEN. Assuming PE of 10 -12x, the range of price should be around 98sen to RM 1.18 only.

Next Q results for Takaful, will expect an EPS of at least 12 sen (I expect net profit of about RM 100mil with revenue rm 1 billion). Based on this estimation, TTM EPS will be about 44sen. Applying PE ratio of 20x (upper limit of growth stock), estimated TP will be RM 8.80.

And will continue to buy them as long as they continue to make increasing reveneus and net profits. Islamic banking is growing, now that conventional banking and insurance are static now .
