i think the market dont buy Naim because its core business which is property, construction and contruction related product is not doing well. From what i see from the past few months, investor will not care much on the associate or JV investment return. I myself dont understand why market investor has such point of view.

@money_come, i think investor not interested because this is a contruction company. Not many ppl know naim hold 26% of dayang. everyone think current properties no ppl buy, so properties company will rugi. But at lot of ppl dont know, naim already sold 80% of their housing project and commercial properties. Once client sign S&P agreement, bank will reimburse back to Naim based on the progress claim. So even if properties business not good now, naim still slowly collect the revenue from previous sold unit.

And if dayang (which everyone look good on it) earn more money, that money is also divide and give to naim also. So naim also buta buta collect profit from dayang. Since dayang stock already so high now...going into dayang is more risky lol...

There is a old saying, a company worth more value but still need time to reflect that value. Dayang no doubt worth 2.00 per share, but still need time to be at 2.00. No company open day one straight away can earn 100-million ringgit. Just like lady that needs 9 month to give birth, if i give u 9 girl, baby wont come out in 1 month times also. Just like stock and company.

I was wondering why "rr88" try so hard to convince everyone to sell this stock? Below are some reason i can think off. What do u guys thinks?

(1) rr88 didnt buy the stock when the price was low. Now he realise its a good company to buy but he doesn't want to buy at the current price. So he keep manipulating others so the price will drop so he can buy in at low price. If he is thinking this way, i think he is a bit too "naive". Stock price movement are larger influence by the big player with million/billion of money. Small player cant move the price much.

(2) rr88 must be jealous because he didn't buy in when there is opportunity. So he is very jealous of other that have bought the stock.

(3) from the news, dayang might get big contract soon, so rr88 want to spread bad news hoping the stock will fall and he has chance to buy in. He know times is ticking and very soon the contract announcement will be out. So he started frequently to write non-fact based news recently.

(4) rr88 has nothing to do, so for fun he just like to disturb and distract everyone.

(5) rr88 have not much friends, so he is lonely. And he need attention so he keep spreading non-fact-based-news, so that everyone will complain him. At least its a way that he got attention.

(6) rr88 is knowledgeable is stock and he can predict the stock movement and he is trying to help everyone to cut lose. But if he really is such a person, then he should reveal his investment acc and show that he really is good in investment. But so far he haven't done so yet. So this point is very unlikely his reason to post comment here.

Investor have to look at the big picture when investing dayang. There sure will be some pullback here and there along the way. Most important is that there is a big project coming along, just wait for that before you decided to sell. And also the boss havent announce the price of issue right of warrants, so impossible the price will be so low to issue. Think wisely.

You need to refer to perdana before buying dayang now. Dayang is no longer dayang alone in the pic.

Dayang orderbook = 3billion, until 2023. Lets consider 1billion/ year revenue. NP = 20%. Debt around 1billion. also need 5 year to clear the big debt provided PerdanaPetroleum know how to get more business. So i do see any reason why price should hike to 1.7 previously. Even previous Q4 when revenue reach around 200m, the stock price still around 0.9 only. from 0.9 to 1.7, the business need to be double up, which is up to 400m per Q.This purely purely show KYY just want to find a way to gain more money after he lose at Jaks. This is what you call "manipulator". That is why market has so many ppl lose money and the stock market is shrinking....everyone kena con till scare

Dayang annouce will have rights issues of warrants, but the price keep dropping. then how are dayang going to preserve a good rights issue price? aren't they suppose to bring up the price for the moment? At this economic situation , doing fintech business that lend out loan. Bank revenue and profit also drop. That is why they consider to do the business in indonesia and not malaysia. Profit Margin nearly 50% every Quarter. But the company still have current liability of 1.4billion. Over the course of 10 years, if the company director wishes to put back the earning to the company, this company can give more dividend to the trader and less debt. Latest Quarter alone, out of total revenue 121million, 48million was paid to the owner of the company. That is 26.5%. What investor is getting from dividend is just around 5% per annum. This stock very contradicting. EKovest Boss come out and announce not related to the BandarRazak projeck. Then newspaper advertise bandar razak project with EkoVest logo.Then suddenly Ekovest want to raise 200million, and dont know to do what. So which one is true, which one is false? But the stock tonnes of investor pouring money in believing that ekovest will have the tun razak project...so confusing. so many market manipulation.

KSL current price is really way below its actual net worth. The only reason ppl dont invest in this because current market properties sector is in bad situation. But if u dig deeper in internet, properties sector is starting to grow back slowly. Yes its very bottom now, and that is the reason should consider this.

a lot of investor worried about gov withdrawing the contract or close down the company. From what I see, the government is only out to catch those director involved and also penalty the company if there is any misappropriation of securing the project. If the gov close a listed company down, it's a tremendous hurting to the public and innocent investor. Further more, during BN time, all the company get project from gov (and that is the only place to get project) have to deal with the minister appetite. It's something the new gov know very well. So if the new gov really closing down all the company that involve in misappropriation, I believe 80% of Malaysia listed company sure die. So be wise to say "gov close the company, or gov withdraw the contract" easily like that. Cant you see the new gov, is trying to keep a balance between catching crooks and maintain public benefit AT THE SAME TIME...

I believe in this coming one week..there will be up and down multiple times between 1.45 t0 1.57. Then it will touch 1.45 at the end, and then suddenly jump up to 1.8. At that time maybe it will hit a higher high. 2.1 before another adjustment. What u guys things?
