Cheers friend, just sharing my thoughts on the company. Correct me if my info is wrong or misleading.

Yes it was expressly stated in page 2 of the MOU under roles of QMG -Providing an office and factory space in Batu Kawan for the future expansion of the JV Company. The key point in this is Qes has expand its client network with the help of AE and vice versa. In MOU it does mention that Qes will deepen their business networks in China when they materialise the JV.

Qes will have a mega advantage in their following expansion when they secured the JV with Applied engineering. Lam research, an existing client of AE, the minimal transport cost to their product when they deliver to Lam which is within the same industrial park. I strongly believe that Qes can potentially to grow as big as Penta, Inari, Frontkn and Vitrox ( Big boys which CEO mentioned in the interview).

Lam Research Corporation is a global supplier of innovative wafer fabrication equipment and services to the semiconductor industry, a US Fortune Top 500 company whose share price trading at 625.42 USD is a client to Applied Engineering. I believe most of the Qes shareholder has memory that the company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Applied Engineering to Joint Venture into a new factory in Batu Kawan in the near future. With my basic understanding, Lam Research had setup a factory in Batu Kawan industrial park.

Qes will be moving up to main board in the future, with expansion of new factory in Batu Kawan and new products introduced to their client, this company will grow to be a tech Giant in Malaysia in the near future. QES has little direct competitor in his field, their profit margin won’t downsize in few years time.

Bravo QES, bravo! Earlier this month, It’s a shame that its rally was disrupted by Nationwide MCO and NASDAQ technology stock correction. It’s heart wrenching to see my own profit turn from 20% to -5%, but I strongly believe that QES is doing extraordinary well in tech sector and will rebound strongly. By comparing QES with Aemulus, an eye to an eye, both companies market caps are almost the same, revenue and profit are nearly identical yet one’s price is at 0.80 whereas latter is at 0.60. I am fond of the QR for QES that’s releasing at end of this month, it’ll likely be a strong factor for QES to attain its real value price in the market.
