Cold eyes disposed of his stakes in SSteel. Very smart move, he foresaw the operation cessation of HRC plant by Ssteel. If cold eyes took position in Mycron (net debt), I'm somewhat sure cold eyes will also have stakes in Cscstel (net cash).

Anyway, we should not be too obsessed by coldeyes' participation. As I said, coldeyes provides the endorsement. Most importantly, we should be able to develop own judgement and make independent investment decision.

You and I are in the same trade, we depend on stock market to survive. I do not wish to tell you this story, after reading your write up, I have to tell you on your face gentlemanly.

I manage fund for my millionaire students. I had a lunch with them last Monday. My return is 48% ROI in 2016. One of your client followed us, he told me that your performance on his portfolio is < 10% p.a. He heard that my performance is 48% p.a. in 2016, he wanted to switch his fund from your side to my side. I told him without any hesitation that I will not accept his fund, I told him to continue with you. I told him that you are also very good if ROI is about 10%. The mini cup was profiled for a duration of 1 month 11 days, and the handle was formed in 4 days, thus satisfying the cup-and-handle pattern as described in the TA literature of below link

Gadang has recently won Kwasa's project. Details are scarce at this juncture.

According to newspaper, Gadang would give it a total financial return of RM165mil for both the land cost and profit sharing to Kwasa Land.

Side track, Hohup & Malton JV at Bukit Jalil City. Hohup provides the land, and Malton undertakes the development. In the JV, Hohup pockets 18% of sales.

Assuming the above JV model is adopted, then Kwasa is set to receive 18% of the GDV. If this is the case, then the kwasa contract worth RM916mil will added to Gadang's order book.

This is significant given that Gadang's construction order book is only at RM656mil and its unbilled sales at RM230mil as of Jun 16.

In accordance with reliable source, Gadang is set to clinch a viaduct MRT2 package.
