Please note that after the March 3 EGM, PMCORP has not even applied to the court for the par reduction and capital repayment. What happened? The whole shedule of restructuring and capital repayment has gone haywire. If they have applied to the court, why wasn't it announced?
Look at RCE capital. They had applied to the High Court of Malaya for the 7.5s capital repayment IMMEDIATELY after thier EGM. The hearing is scheluded to be heard on April 15th.

Yes. Since SC has approved the QA, it would be a slap in the face if the Shareholders reject it. From doing serious business to become a game of numbers. Seriously they should apply for a waiver or at least change the vote to a simple majority.

The authorities should do something on the SPACs loophole which they didn't foresee when approving SPACs. They are at the mercy Of the shareholders. They should grant a waiver of the 75% Shareholders approval.

If the management can get a cornerstone investor to buy up the shares and maintain above 48s, between now and the next EGM, it will be a win for all. The warrants will naturally catch up until conversion is unprofitable. Then alls well ends well...

if the price of SONA goes up to 48s or higher within the next few days until next EGM, everything will be solved . Dissenters can sell to the market and full capital repayment can be made. Win win for everybody.

Won't be surprised it will be a target of takeover. Deemed too small compared with the giants like GHL, MyEG or Datasonic.

pmcorp (26.5s) 8s payout is most generous vs 12s dividend from tmakmur (rm1.40). Moreover pmcorp NTA is 50s and last q posted profit of 5m. Solid company trading way below its NTA.

Yes. Alpha trader is right. Notice the NTA has increased from 0.186 to 0.197. The profits have been re invested on land, machinery and plant for expansion. That is good news.
