yongyou ... important to apply the rules (eg WAVE 4 cannot go beyond WAVE 1 etc) of EW which cannot be violated to start counting !! also as a guideline, wave 3 is almost always the most impulsive and hence if u plot an oscillator on the chart, u will see it having the highest peak signalling strongest momentum ...

wave 1 of 5 - 1595 to 1557
wave 2 of 5 - 1557 to 1583
wave 3 of 5 - 1583 to 1504
wave 4 of 5 - 1504 to 1543 at 0.50 or 1553 at 0.618

mornin buddies..thurs dow drop 300+ pts klci down only 2 pts...now dow drop 500+ pts klci how?
all versions of doomsday scenarios start cropping up now...bear in mind msia Q1 gdp is 5.6% Q2 gdp is 4.9%.
is now a time to panic after klci drop 300+ pts frm the high of 1900?
will ff still hammer RM after it depreciate frm 3 to 4.2 to 1 USD?
finally is USA growth slowing n China facing negative growth?
Anyway i had a very good 2 weeks with puts n m going to enjoy my winnings.

A quick update from my lunch table.

All KLCI reading are purely based on TA and PA as FA doesn't determine accurately on high volatile market.

This short note of CUT GAIN target is to complement my previous revised range bound trading. Today's CUT GAIN target shall be set at 1589 and one may close position should you trade index linked counters or highly volatile PUT/CALL warrants. This cycle shall be ended on next Tuesday (see MACD total 6 green bar from Tues-Tues). Hence, traders are advised to close position before 1589 but not straight ascending wave to 1625/30 level. Traders should be very happy to trade 4 times intra day of the futures or put/call as today it has one lower than 3-days average index point nearby 1553.75.

Hot fund (esp Local) and company treasury start to buy back blue chips and undervalued big cap counter to average down their equity shares over the period. Today KLCI is the only outstanding performer among all global stock indices,thanks for the hot fund diverted to CI heavyweight players like IHH, Maxis and HlBank ( check company announcement how EPF flow in to these counters). EPF's direction (pls don't quote duit-kwsp-Kita disclosure) for upcoming cycle after next week to pump in to tele-comm, banking, energy and healthcare but to progressively dispose double gold which are black gold(oil n gas) and red gold(CPO). By using the economic cycle theory, EPF will start to acquire the double golds when strong recovery from lower price at USD 32 and RM1,805 respectively.

Conclusion: Despite yesterday's great news to foreign investors from GOMEN regarding Free Capital Mobility (virtual guarantee) the downside risk still high and intact, so it is advisable to close your position (CUT GAIN) before 1589.
