tis counter if keep long term i can quarantee you at least 2.50 in 2 yrs time...It has turned into a growth stock...It could climb ahead of its NTA due to its growth prospect...800 of unbilled property sales will sustain a steady income base for few yrs to come...If combine 2gether with its hotel leisure, cable and construction business even stronger net profit...Tis is awesome...Even at 1.30 is still very cheap...

Mustafa n Kasi are still sitting on a huge losses with Mkland shares cos they acquired at high price since d assets injection last time...WHY they dunno how to push it back to 1.00 to benefit them and US all??? They hired PublicInvest to write good things bout d company in order to push up d price BUT still it fails to ignite optimisim on tis counter...Ppl keep on treating tis share as touch n Go' counter NOT for long term holding...Tis is really disheartening!!!

It makes sense for directors to acquire or buy back their company's shares if they think tat it is undervalued...If Mkland is really valuable n undervalued then WHY they dun consider buying back their own shares at low price now...Dun tell me they dun ve cash to do so???? U are rite...We need to ve conviction tat we cud earn money from stock investment...Our stock selection must be based on fundamental and value...Things like assets, cashflow, gearing and profit matters in the long run...So investment in Mkland is a sure win in the long run cos its valuable landbank gives d stock its margin of safety even though profits isn't exciting...

So between Mahsing and Mkland, i wud rather choose Mkland cos it is cheap in relation to its fundamental value...Somemore Mkland is gonna be zero gearing by next yr...In terms of dividend yield Mk outperforms Mahsing too
