What are you doing, AUDITORS???
This SANICHI has been undergoing TOO MANY ROUNDS OF RIGHTS ISSUE WITHIN 5 YEARS.
How can SC approve the right issues?
How you allow zombie companies to exist?
Without such right issues, this company would had been file for Chapter 7 or Chapter 11,
3 years ago already.
