@cindylim, Kannibu just explained precisely my wariness on Lii Hen. CLARITY !!!

Hi ulutrader, among the pack, Latitud is indisputably the best here. Hevea has a high debt level overhang (nevertheless the management has done a good job in reducing this concern by almost $25m every year since 2010) while Liihen has a legal hot potato at hands, the outcome of which is unpredictable and can be devastating if the apex court ultimately ruled against Liihen.
Thus, Hevea is a much better buy than Liihen given the CLARITY among these two here

ALL to take note: NTA of Latitude,Liihen and Hevea are almost the same!!! Therefore market should trade all to be close and definitely NOT 1.28(Hevea) as compared 2.72(latitude) or 1.92 (Liihen). This disparity will be corrected once the sellers sell smart and when the results are released and compared!!!

Hi chan, why are you selling liihen as it is a good dividend yielding stock of around 5% pa and NTA of 2.45. Liihen has just started to crawl back from the last crash in Aug/sept 2013 of 1.38 and the volume is better now as well, although it is still very small compared to hevea/latitud/homeriz

“With intensifying competition, we expect the pressure on yield to continue. We will intensify efforts to reduce our costs, focusing on inherent legacy costs, while increasing utilization to drive traffic and revenue,” he explained.

Malaysia Airlines does not seem to be any closer to profitability having posted a net loss of RM1.2 billion for the 2013 financial year and a deepening quarterly net loss of RM342 million for the fourth-quarter last year.
Despite a 27% improvement in passenger traffic in 2013, the national carrier not only failed to turn a profit but more than doubled losses from the previous year’s results.

Aiyoh, to explain Share buy back lagi easy. When they got stuck, use Share Buyback to take their shares from open market loh. Have you ever seen Share Buyback done through Off-market deal one? That is because there will be a trace who the other counterpart is in the Off-market transaction.
This type of directors ought to send to jail because they use the Share Buyback scheme to buy higher price, a total disregard of minority shareholders!

Hello, that churning mean whoever the operator may be has got no money to pay for the shares on due date, he has to sell and buy back come every T+4 or T+n depending on his account with the broker. That is why someday you see big volume then quiet down for few days and volume come again.......This little fact you also don't know meh?
