if u notice their quarter report of 31/12/2014, mieco is making loss if they didn't sell the land and building for RM16.1m.

i think it is hard to beat the EPS 7.07 compare to their corresponding quarter because that quarter mieco gained RM16.1m on the disposal of land and building.
