Struggling to stay profitable.. without much revamp to the biz, unlikely to see big movement to the share

Interesting to see why VT keep selling bjcorp despite his shareholding already met the requirement. Who is the buyer? And more interestingly, they tried to keep the price within this range with last minute sell for past few days trading. Let's see whether we have any major announcement in next few days. Quarterly report out and probably announcement of purchase of the insurance company.

Conversion to mother share is only 10 cents. Ingens now at 40 cents, warrant at 18 cents. There is big difference there. Can anyone explain?

Why ppl is selling the warrant? it should worth atleast 10 cent more than current price.
