For Icon8888 I have read a lot of your postings and indeed very appreciative of your fine works enlightening the investors in investments. May I ask why you buy 'Success'at current price? What is your view/prospect? and finally please give us an up-to-date write up for "Success". Thank you.

Calvin of Singapore, May I ask if Yeoman Capital also from Singapore is reputable Investment fund manager. Yeoman seems to have a golden touch on those counters, (Ajiya, NHFatt etc) Kindly enlighten us whether KPSCB is worth holding or not.

Old long investors for GOB might have unloaded their holdings as they had experienced bitter experiences on the company's poor performance previously. The present GOB is a different corporate animal and I believe something is looming for this deep value stock in months to come.
If De'men sale is confirmed, then cash per share is around 65 sen when compares to present 58-60 sen. This is really strange! Simply because GOB owned many other properties. Batu Kawan land in Penang is worth another 50 sen per share. Why so many investors cannot see value in GOB?

Anyone knows anything about Mitrajaya share price. Why suddenly jump 9 sen today? Any insiders' information to share? Any new projects awarded? Any success in the sale of Lasik operation?

Astino's latest financial results were not good, a drop from last year's. Compare with Ajiya, this counter fares very badly even though both are doing the same roofing business. Ajiya has an addition source of revenue from glass manufacturing. Can any one has any idea why Astino is not doing so well whereas Ajiya's business is getting better?

It is puzzling why GOB share price is still lingering around 58.5 sen to 60 sen! Judging from so many well written reports upon sales of De'men (USJ mall), the company will be cash rich with 65 sen per share, unless the deal is off subsequently. But, then a lot of people also saying that GOB should not sell its crown jewel in order to keep for recurring income (via rental of shopping mall + car park receipts)
Selling De'men will instantly make GOB cash rich and free from debts. Those cash can be used for other beneficial productive purpose as mentioned by others in the blog.

Ajiya is definitely the stock to look up to. Some corporate exercises are looming. Alternatively, Ajiya coming quarter results must be good. Insiders are busy buying up the shares in the open market. RM3.50 - RM4.00 is not difficult to achieve if only we are patient to wait for the forthcoming published results.

i LIKE TO THANK ALL FORUMERS FOR CONTRIBUTING TO THE PROBABLE REASONS WHY AJIYA HAS BEEN ACTIVE AND ITS PRICE IS GETTING HIGHER SINCE 2 WEEKS AGO, ESPECIALLY KUCIMIAO. I THOUGHT RM3.50 IS THE TARGET BUT NOW IVAN2222 SUGGESTED RM3.80. WHAT ABOUT OTHERS? DO YOU THINK RM4.00 WILL BE PEAKED?

Very positively written in "Focus" newspaper. After de'men (USJ mall ) sale, 65 sen per share. cash. Land in Batu Kawan if revlalued to present market value will further increase NTA from RM1.14 to at least RM1.80. Target price as predicted will be at least 71 sen within a immediate term. RM1 is for medium term.

Ajiya market price is now RM3.37, not far off from RM3.50 as suggested earlier. However, I tend to feel that this is indeed something is brewing in Ajiya either operationally, or organizationally. There is a strong likehood Ajiya is a takeover target. Anyone has any idea as to why Ajiya is being actively chased upward?

Tguan 3rd quarter result should be better than the former 2 quarters. Likely, insiders are buying bit by bit. Late few trading days have seen Tguan gaining momentum and increase in share price.

Ajiya share price is now RM3.06 with many buyers queued up for RM3.03. Many including myself have regretted for selling too early. Keep your shares if you have not already sold out for a better price, say RM3.50 and above

NTA is RM3.92. Paid up capital RM69.2 millions only of RM1/- each. AJIYA can easily declare 1 for 1 bonus shares as well as good dividend if only the Board of directors is more generous. I believe with Yeoman as a new substantial shareholder, things will change soon.

How come Bintai has not been able to secure any contracts in Malaysia? Bintai's 69% subsidiary however is able to get job in Singapore. Bintai's track records of over decades should be a plus for contractors to consider in awarding contracts for M & E. Tender book has not been revealed to shareholders! It seems to us Bintai is now facing challenging tasks, just like other contractors in getting jobs, even though having a 10% equity Japanese shareholder.

Just imagine, GOB's current market capitalization is only RM270/- millions (Approximately) whereas the proceeds from sale of 'De'man" is RM488/- millions. Is it logical for right-thinking investors? I do not think so! GOB is indeed grossly undervalued. More upsurge to come.

When share price of certain counter has gone up due to good reasons, it is difficult to catch it at lower price unless something wrong has revealed subsequently. I personally have missed out in many occasions due to strong desire to liquidate. Later on, I regret for my own action. It is also true that taking profit will not hurt us but more profit is actually accrued to us if only we are a bit more patient.

hng 33. Why so fast you liquidate your holding in GOB. Don't you think this is just the beginning of upsurge. You can easily get 60 sen if not more if only you can be patient to wait for next week.

Not that easy. Property Development is now at its doldrum. However, due to strategic location and water front, I believe this Jesselton project can be profitable and uplift SBC /Suria image immensely once it is completed.

I forgot to mention also there are many projects undertaken by GOB, all of them are well supported and within Klang Valley. Please check GOB"s website for further details on its operations and performances. Somehow, after reading through the website, I felt strongly that this Company is well managed and I also believed that soon shareholders will see dividend forthcoming.

For those who are interested to invest in GOB, please check GOB's website to learn more about the company's operations and performances. Regarding the recently published sales of USJ mall for RM488/- millions to Pavilion, there are 480 units service apartments (Tower A already completed 20th Floor and Tower B up to 12th Floor) and 68 units of shops/offices (5-6 storeys) within that 8.98 acres of freehold land development but not meant for sale to Pavilion. How much is the profit earned from sale to Pavilion REIT, GOB has yet to inform SC but it should be substantial in the regions of over 90 millions.

Total bank loan at 30/6/2015 stands at 270 millions but cash proceeds from sales of USJ mall is RM488 millions. This would mean surplus of 218 millions after settling all bank loans. Latest Q results very disappointed. EPS is 7.1 sen compares unfavourably 12.9 sen to corresponding previous year quarter result. Dividend per share given to shares for FY2015 is 18 sen verses 15 sen last year. Cash in hand and at bank has also improved by more than 20 millions. Hopefully, next quarter result could show a better improved results.

Anyone who will attend coming AGM, please question the Board as to why GOB needs to diversify into loss making F&B. Better to close down F&B unit to cut down losses for coming years. No mention is made in annual report on this unit. So, by we can deduce a loss concern.

At 49.5 sen GOB has dropped below rights issued. What is wrong with this company? Esos is at 69.2 sen while warrant at 80 sen conversion price. Surely no takers for both categories. Do you believe directors can deliver better results for FY 2016? I believe so for 3 reasons: (1) lesser loan interest paid to bankers as a result of completion of sales of land amounting to over 100 M, (2) better sales of development projects,(Villa Heights at Sri Kembangan -good take up rate; Springville- 98% sold; Galleria - 99% sold (G.D.V. RM155.60 M);(3) income from rental for da: men USJ Subang Jaya will be completed by FY 2016. I agree with icon8888 that GOB will rise in share price by next year.

Can anyone know the reasons why Directors want to dispose all treasury shares before bonus and warrant distribution? By selling treasury shares, how much Mitrajaya will gain in its books? By selling its own shares, the directors are giving us an idea that they do not have any faith in the company. Am I seeing thing correctly?
