how can you total up the warrant and the consolidated share units? apple is not equal to orange.

TOTAL SHARE+ WARRANT : 739,130 <<<<<<<<<(???????)
AT PRICE OF NEW SHARE : 0.115 (??????????)
VALUE POST CONSOL : 85,000 (LOSS 15%) (??????)
supposing 434783 X 0.23 (consolidated unit price) = 100K (total cost will be the same)
but you have free warrant 304,348 units. warrant price I not sure yet (Warrant price is not exercise price)

Cash is king, no on will drop the cash and move to cashless 100%. Please face the reality.
