1) coronavirus related - 7 months
2) influenza related - 15 months
this uptrend until august is a good target... after that lets wait for influenza related the next 2 years...

re: pang... if you look at the SARS, even though SARS was serious even in early 2003, supermax only starts to rise in June 2003... lasted for 7 months... H1N1 in 2009 being the more serious one, lasted 15 months of uptrend....

Another statistic for reference....
During Jan 2018, the breakout volume was 46million shares... it rose 2.3X....
Our breakout if today can reach twice the 46million = 92million volume shares, then 2.3X is a target we can expect from the breakout at 1.45 (downtrend line resistance)... = 1.45 X 2.3 = RM3.3 target... slightly above my conservative target = 52 week high @ 2.25 X 20% extra... = RM2.80... still 1.93X ... not bad..

but one thing for sure, during those times, the factory capacity was starting at low base.... so it had the effect of doubling capacity etc... but now as the base is higher... it is much harder to increase like 7X etc... so lets just put either half of 3.7X or btw 3.7X to 7.7X... depending on which number... so in theory:- target 1 = half of 3.7X = 1.85X = target 1 around 2.6 .... consistent with your estimate...
