apini, leonfb not bad. I am sure you got all positive points when you choose this stock. So allow me to highlight the negative concerns that most people don't like to hear but precious to us as a learner.

1. debt/total equity slightly high than kssc
But acceptable for manufacturing company that normally above 2 while IT company normally under 0.5.
2. EPS shrinking since 2011.
3. Revenue dropped from height in 2011 and only slight bounced back in 2013
4. Only pay out one dividend (but a good start)

I also know you ignore the last quarter result of KSSC in 2013 because of the one off disposal that make the gain. Most people just brush it off without further investigation. I am very curious what are they going to use that money for. Some company pay off debt, some use to m&a other company, some build more factory to increase output and reduce cost by not subcontract to others. Perhaps need a little more investigation and who knows we may have some surprise.

Both leonfb and kssc only for short to mid term. If no volume and no news, both can be quite for sometime until steel price change and economy picking up.

Let's wait for the next Gem. For the time being vitrox a good one to collect.

The EV initiative is originated from World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations to reduce carbon emissions. It's a matter of time before most nations start to look at this matter when climate change and global warming taking a toll and cause immense problem in their country.

If the project is funded as a commercial project then it may be risky but as far as I know a lot of country's project is funded to comply with policies set by world organisations. The government will give incentives such as low or no tax for a number of years and this can attract investment from good company. EV is a big hit in US, Japan and Europe. China and India will be the next one considering the poor state of the environment. Don't forget about Hybrid EV and US and Japan will reach sales 1-1.1 million by 2022.

DSONIC recently purchase EVAM and they also supply components and parts. It will be a huge market for parts alone when EV trend is picked up.

Project like this normally started with public transport such as buses and taxis and later impose on company's car and etc.

The key thing is that it's backed by government. If government want to impose restriction on low CO2 emission vehicle that can enter into city, they have the power. London is a very good example.

Malaysia is a boleh land. They just increase our fuel cost (probably to fund this project :-) ). What can you say?

To be honest, I am sure most of us here don't really care for that long term and only want a ride on the trend. If there is more good news, hey, let's enjoy it. Who cares whether it will make millions in 2020?

But if you think EV is a bad idea and ask people to sell based on this project alone, I am not sure that is the right call considering more projects are coming based on our sifu Pavillion and the company's earning is as solid as rock.

l bought almost all his recommendation except scable and picked cmsb and pestech when I did the comparisons. I can see the reason behind unclez's to choose scable as there are few huge projects coming but is a long wait. So I am waiting for the resistance to be broken with volume before I join in. Not everyone's strategy is same.

Some prefer to invest and wait. I am mixed and learnt from unclez. I got some long term holding and some quick punt on penny stock. See you interested in leonfb, any good?

There is always some. Be patient. I always give you one day warning in advance.
Sometimes also good to revisit old counters that has been heavily oversold and buy them at the good price. If you buy a good company in the wrong time also no use.
Go through unclez counters and you'll see some under correction because of the recent events in Hk, war and etc. That's why unclez said in his latest article that it is a testing time.

Anyway as you know I don't normally give tp and tp can change too based on fundamental and ta changes. It also depends whether you are trader or investor and risk appetite.
I can give you a few resistance point as guildline. Support was 0.695
First resistance 0.795
Then next one 0.85,0.9,1.00
If it break resistance with volume then it can go higher. Sometimes it follow Elliot wave

New eps times the current Pe give you rough idea of the price.
Plus your dividend.
However you need to consider after disposal
There is no operation and business activity until they use the proceed to acquire another company. How long can this take, only management can know.
Under such circumstances, company is defined as p16 (cash company) and pn17. See page 10.
In such state without earning, then it's a big uncertainty.
I would take profit if it gap up a bit.
Just my roughly estimate as the announcement really long and complex. It's quite confusing because they also proposed acquisition of aeil but at the end it's no longer belong to them when I see the chart in page 10. Too much for my small brain to digest. Please read for yourself and good luck.

It's boiler manufacturing may not as big but it has contact via it's Palm oil mill business. Anyway good write up and I may consider investing once I gather enough fund and info.

Mainly supported by Mida and plan to hire 3000 employee. Looking to get 11 percent compound growth. It's getting better because some competitor may exit and business wise very good.

Presbhd getting better and with more pension fund and insurance company buying this is as good as some blue chip counter that give good dividend. Downside is most of this counter will become less likely to grow as quick as before. A bit like maybank and Digi, will grow but slowly. Good things is it has strong support and can withstand major correction.


Btw ecb has decided to stimulate Europe economy by reducing interest rate and purchasing asset back securities. This will have positive effects on mortgage and share market too overall.

I give you salute to study in such detail to predict profit and certainly good for picking up relevant stock. I am thinking whether anyone can capture the full details of the chain of event that affect the metal. That requires a lot of news flow and normally this is handled by low latency algo trading platform.

For myself, I mainly look at statements, business in general and overall trend of the sector to look for gems. This way, I can have more choice without too much effort. Another way is to observe stock trending. Although it may be slightly late in party but still can have something to eat. A bit like hyena following the lion.

Having said that, I hope other can help you on this and I am also interested in learning.

Btw, ksl will correct before it shoots up even higher. It has register over 20% increase since I mentioned it on 3rd of August and it need some rest before going further.

From what I read in the edge means fuelsub has won the contract and some are not happy and complain it is umno linked and it need to be held back and show how it is awarded as a matter of due diligence to avoid corruption. Wayang only lah.
After the law suite against insider news (or they choose to apologise within two days in major news paper) , things will be brighter. Stay tune.

Sinvestor, you got both wrong for direction. No worries, shares is unpredictable. I can only tell when it's a good time to buy or what share to buy. You have to set your own target and sell or cut loss of you want to trade in short term. As you know, I am mid and long term holder. I normally set my target least 5% lower than official target unless I know something is brewing or predict the profit is increasing.
I also buy in batch , average down or up and sell at different price if it reach my profit target. If it is too slow or I find something better, I switch. This is really rare situation and I don't advice to do that too often. Better set aside some money to buy or punt.


Mitra price is closed at 1.01 and it is pretty close to my first target set a while ago.
But I sold most of them and switch to something else like ksl and Vitrox.

When CBB sell at close market, you think something bad is going on.
Now CBB buy shares from his colleague at open market at cheaper price and increase his direct interest, you think it's wayang.

It's a bit like a wife suspicious of her husband having affair. Whatever he does, they must be 'something' going on. Invest share like this really not fun and you will lose sleep. Who knows your husband may want to give you a surprise by giving you a petrol card, but you may think he want to burn you, lol

Perhaps Dato ABU want to give shares instead of money to his director as a reward and at the same time can spend some money himself?

CBB sell, you panic, CBB buy you doubt. End up watching loh. I expect more projects coming, petrol card is only one piece of puzzle. The medical card will be quite big. It will take years to develop. If every clinic and hospital can access your record, that will be quite an achievement.
Check CBB career history, don't play play. He know what price to get in.
Remember the recent purchase of the card manufacturer. Whoever win, also need to use their facilities.
DSONIC is no longer a small company known by few in the past. Now it's traded like a bluechip counter. Every market movement globally will affect the counter short term. So stay calm and up down few cents, just relax. Those who want a quick money can go else where, I suggest.

I would take this opportunity to collect. We are talking something positive here as the company receive more orders than they can handle and most company can only dream off. You sometimes hear some other stocks like glove making company that over production or less order and therefore have to reduce price because of competition in price. Hovid is completely opposite

A bit like iphone and samsung handset, a lot of shortage at the beginning and not enough capacity and parts to produce the goods. When all orders are fullfilled, you will see the $$$ coming.

Siva, busy with other things. Hovid I still hold mother and I think should be few weeks before next quarter. May be will retrace to 0.44-0.45 area before going up. Warrant be careful, up fast, down also fast. You know properties is hot, so I am into other properties counter as I am a Kia Su Lang ;-)
