Guys, don't be influenced by these ppl. Believe in yrself & if you have confidence in this stock just continue to hold until it meet your target. I believe Iris has the potential to go higher with so many pipes of income.

This CEO is very very low profile. Doesn't even meet the shareholders at AGM. I've been to their AGM 2-3 times he did not attend the AGM, not even once. I suppose reporters also find it difficult to interview him. If no publicity or roadshow, how to attract attention to the share?? Similarly that happen to GOB which I believe also related to this ceo. These 2 companies have very strategically located pieces of land at Batu Kawan but yet everytime when there are reports on those lands near Penang 2nd bridge, nothing is mentioned abt these 2 companies.

They need the CEO instruction before they can do anything. I feel the CEO is not that open and the Company has been too quiet on the projects that they are doing

How fund mgrs and public going to know anything abt the company. Company with this type of CEO is not fit to be listed. Might as well stay private then he can have all his privacy!!

I don't think Felda buy Versatile shares. The announcement is abt Felda controlling that amt of Versatile shares indirectly thru. Iris. Because they controlled abt 26% of Iris and Iris controlled Versatile therefore Felda has controlled Versatile indirectly.

I don't understand all these reports didn't mention abt GOB or malton. These property developers have lands next to IKEA. I've visited Bt Kawan last mth and noticed that both GOB and Malton's land are strategically located even Ecoworld also lose out. I spoke to a Marketing Officer with GOB it seem both GOB and Malton are under the same boss.

Nothing much at the egm. The usual approval of the resolution and the mention of 2 felda nominees to the board by end of the mth. Anyway the last agm datuk tan also mentioned that 2 felda nominees to the board but nothing happen since then. Only get to Low Sang plus the usual lunch!!
