根据文告，NEXGRAM将收购爱尔德斯的股票、凭单和不可赎回可转换无担保债券（ICULS），收购价格分别为40仙、1仙和5仙，而NEXGRAM每股发售价为10仙。

I suggest that: for the nexgram shareholders here, next AGM, we should attend together , and question & vote against all fees to directors ....coz AGM is ONLY counting the vote by attendee ...even u buy 100units also can consider one vote from u ....

today market will back to heading south....those bought at 0.06 and 0.065 , if cant tahan , just sell back to market, there is still people willing to buy from u ...see at the Q

i prefer more constructive analyst on stock with prove /news...not here a lot just talk empty but nv show the news or link..but, if have time can fun here ..also not bad ..just wont spend lot time here.....
