many of the SMEs in Malaysia makes more money than listed cos.....the trick is to identify the good ones....that's why RHB bank focus into SMEs few years ago pays off handsomely...instead of relying on property segment for income....

CPI business is so good until they cant cope with their orders.....capacity is more than 90 % they had order add machinery and now expanding their factory...the recent trade war further add to their orders from china..in fact they received more orders recently. The add of Toyoplas w greatly benefit them as they hv great synergy...the potential for kps is tremendous,,,it w be a cash printing machine as their business will be mostly export based taking adv of weak currency while demand for EMS is ever increasing....this is the sector that we shd focus on for safe haven investing, O&G, oil palm or rubber gloves stocks no longer offers the growth that we hope for,,,,that 's why SME contributed abt 38% to our GDP...this is the sector we shd focus on....KPS is going the right direction...

in investing, the management is v important, especially the ceo, by signing the deal w Toyoplas before agm the management is being transparent...knowing well the following week, u guys w be asking lots of Q...on this deal...a person will only do this if he has nothing to hide....for me the deals looks good and legit...and i think strategically is wise...i can see kps in few yrs will be worth a lot more...
