Sunkist, what makes u think he sold his share frontken to his own company ? Does not make sense, why want to do that ?

it is so obvious, if new shareholder is of any significant.. surely already announced as fast as they can, no need to wait so long. They dare not tell because they know it will be bad once it is announced, normally they try to delay the bad news until after AGM so that don't get hammered at AGM.

Anything can happen between people. Lucky I did not use my real account otherwise will be called a troll and other abuse for sharing some very bitter news unfortunately.

Share price movement does not look very healthy also. If his move is good, surely price will go up but looks like no good. Recent up is because of AGM, post AGM, no good news... free fall ?

Very simple, he just want to get out of frontken, otherwise he could have just kept some share, surely wont sell until zero. Must be a real bitter argument they have recently.

Dr Jorg bought at 12sen, sold all at 18 sen, he exit with 50% profits in his pocket in 3 years, consider quite good already. What puzzled me is why he don't sell at market price 27sen, why he sell at only 18sen, trouble could be very serious until he is willing to sell at only 18sen just to exit fast.

I heard there was a bitter argument between Dr Jorg and the other major shareholder, Dr Jorg throws in the towel sold all his Frontken shares to the other major shareholder and exit the company completely. Not sure true or not, if this story is true, we are screwed.
