hi mainbesar ... mrcb is similar to fgv which is pretty choppy around 200EMA on daily ! as with fgv, price needs to stay above this EMA and form a base at previous resistance turned support to move up along that rising price channel :)

therefore it is not fair to make any judgement if u don't have the full records !

recorder ... a trader can still make money even if he/she makes 7 bad calls and 3 good calls becuz of this simple formula :-

Expectancy = (Probability of Win * Average Win) – (Probability of Loss * Average Loss)

An example :-

Expectancy = (0.3 x RM1,000) less (0.7 x RM300) = RM300 - RM210 = RM90

this is how u look at whether a trader makes money or not in the long term .. not based on his/her bad calls

rani, am still going thru those strong momentum charts referencing the 1H chart !! have not come up with any rules yet how to trade these bad boys :) do note there is NO BESTED moving averages .. it all depends on what we are comfortable with and what suits our trading approach !

'wiki .. for umw, price is respecting the 8EMA on 1H !!! 5EMA too choppy on 1H ... but condition on daily the trend shud be 5/10EMA cross over and price hugging these lines to go UP 
and u mentioned using ema 8,5" - this means we use ema 5,8,10 on 1hr is it?

rani, if u look at fgv chart, u see price broke above and then broke below .. when this happens, price is more often than not caught in a range !! for the current uptrend to be legit, price shud remain above the 200EMA and as mentioned before, it will be good to see a base forming around the yellow box area for more upward movement .. hope this helps !

elly ... if u look at daily of fgv, price is whipping back and forth the 200EMA ... price may still be trapped in a RANGE CONSOLIDATION ! the red line might have capped her upward movement unless the green line can act as support now ... hopefully a base can be formed at this level for more upward movement

can also use the price / volume divergence to exit !!

look at umw 1H ... there is hardly any pullback even on 1H :) i see when price moved too far away from 8EMA, it will dip back to that level ... then can enter if price breaks above the previous swing high .. and i think good time to exit is when there is a negative divergence on the oscillator !! okie dokie shall go thru' more charts to see how it goes :)

at least the 1H candle must legitimately close below the bearish flag pattern, then we shud expect CI to retest previous swing low at 1812 first ??
