Reference is made to the announcement dated 22 February 2019 in relation to the qualification in External Auditors’ Report ('Announcement').



The Company would like to further inform as follows:

Messrs. PKF (AF 0911) has been appointed to conduct an independent assessment of the key audit matters raised by the External Auditors on the financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended 30 September 2018.
The assessment is planned to be completed within 3 months from the date of mobilisation.
