中國的銀行服務很差，才讓原本屬於商務領域的阿里騰訊趁虛而入。我們這裡已經有信用卡了，你要電子支付來做麽?

電子支付看似很先進，其實相對金融業來說是很落後的，正因為銀行爛才需要電子支付。

中國銀行都被政府壟斷，所以嚴格來說那是debt card，不是信用卡，要跟存款帳號綁定，中國的電子支付可以打敗銀行，而我們這裡沒有這個問題，信用卡本來就很方便了。

我們把錢存入銀行後，銀行會以借貸形式發放出去進入實體經濟，促進經濟。中國人把錢存入阿里騰訊，問題是它們不是銀行不能發貸款，變成這兩個公司的熱錢罷了，益了它們，成為怪獸公司，結果傷害競爭性，而這種畸形發展只有在金融落後政府壟斷的中國才會發生，我們不必羨慕。

如果事情這麼簡單，那麼更大的互連網公司谷歌為什麼不做埋金融? 還輪到阿里騰訊做? 中國的科技有什麼不是跟這美國走的?

所以發明電子支付不是因為中國厲害，而是中國爛。

The above Company has failed to submit its Quarterly Report for financial period ended 30 June 2017 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release within the stipulated timeframe pursuant to Paragraph 9.22(1) of Bursa Securities' Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR").

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(5) of the LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 5 market days after the expiry of the relevant timeframes as stated in Paragraph 9.22(1) of the LR ("Relevant Timeframes") (the last day of the 5 market days is referred to as "Suspension Deadline"), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading in the securities of such listed issuer. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline.

In view of the above and in accordance with Paragraph 9.28(5) of the LR, a trading suspension will be imposed on the securities of the Company. Below is the email from Maybank broker Mr Soo Wing Hoe to confirm the trading of my nominee Yap Sung Pang who is my nephew, on 30 Aug 2017. Yap bought a total of 1,272,000 Jaks shares out of 1,480,000 shares traded the whole day.

Many uninformed and weak holders dumped their holdings as soon as they saw Jaks'poor 2nd Q result. They cannot see that JAKS will have to report the Rm 140 million from land sale and more profit from its power plant contract to generate electricity to sell to the Vietnamese Government for 25 years in the next 1 or 2 quarters.

The profit growth prospect is the most powerful catalyst to move share price. Smart investors will buy before the announcement of good profit and stupid idiots will sell before the announcement.

I hope more weak holders will continue to sell so that I can buy some more at cheaper prices.

Further more this LA carrying 3.5% coupon rate with 3 years term.So the fixed return gains after 3 years mature would be the interest receive 3*3.5%=10.5%.

Based on today mother share price $12.62,we can use conservative method of 10% premium on top of mother $12.62*10% premium =
$13.88,LA listing fair market value should be $13.88/10.99=$1.26.

As the current LR trading at $0.20,there is trading value.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 2): Another three packages for the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project valued at RM2.5 billion will be announced at the end of the month, said Prasarana Malaysia Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Seri Azmi Abdul Aziz.

Azmi shared this with the reporters today after the LRT3's Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) work package was awarded to China-led consortium, CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co Ltd-Siemens Ltd China-Tegap Dinamik Sdn Bhd, which is worth RM1.56 billion.

He said the three work packages that will be announce by the end of this month are only available for Malaysian companies.
