If you look at the PE as it is I agree from technical point of view. The PE is base on earnings...and usually reflect the outlook for the next 12 months...but what is reflected is base on what is projected. There are some upcoming big projects which hv not been factor in... don't ask more

beside you hardly see any sell volume..that also shows that investors are holding on and wanted to add more

why moving forward the price would appreciate because everybody is waiting to buy low now..when finally the bonus announcement is out..the share price already up and people flocking in to buy to prop up the share price further
