they are gaining a lot from the PBD deal...this stock is still 70% undervalue...the fund will keep pushing it up

by the time the announcement is out, the share price is probably 1.50 :)

there are other conditions tied to it which Malton needs to satisfy and once that is finalized, formal announcement would be release. This is all in advance progress and it will be done just a matter of time.

this is not a speculation...the announcement already out on 13th May.. the disposal of the v-square is to satisfy condition in exchange for the PBD land.

have not heard much on the news on Asiapac.... remain my view that GOB will make big move tomorrow

and if you think tambun is so attractive, Malton is even more attractive with the land deals as well as exposure for big mega project in bukit jalil, batu kawan and johor. It is so attractive and cheap that is being targeted as a acquisition candidate by big conglomerate.

of course is not speculation.. the land dispute is a court case and had been for sometime. Now finally jcorp is agreeing to to ahead with the 700m land deal because they are losing the case. Malton will gain from this deal because 700m was valued some years ago. the current land value had exceeded more than 1billion.
